Angelini Design chooses the Langhe, a young talented producer and its wines brimming with character to celebrate Christmas with its customers. A Christmas Limited Edition with two wooden packaging versions for three different labels in black, bright silver and copper red on matt coated paper. Simone Scaletta’s fresh Barbera, the full-bodied Nebbiolo and the more aristocratic Barolo are clad with a knowing play of “custom typography”. Pure geometric lettering on vertical labels with a bold vintage décor effect and a vaguely retro charm. An exercise of customised typography design that rewrites and assembles the letters one on top of the other to build a consistent system of symbols which markedly emphasises the bold flavour of each wine. Each one different, yet all united by the same force and efficacy of communication. The Barbera and the Barolo come in the double rough wood box with a black band and presentation folder, while the Nebbiolo comes in a single box with identical styling.
