Following the relaunch of the brand and the study of its identity, Angelini Design also designed the catalog, lookbook, press campaign and presentation video of the Spring/Summer 2016 collection of French women’s fashion label Parakian Paris.
Under the creative direction of the agency photographer Renato Cerisola organized the shoot, setting up an evocative scene that focused on movement and highlighted the prints of the fabrics of the new Parakian collection.
The location of the set suggests freedom and independence, while the garments display modern cuts and unusual combinations. The Parakian woman is mature, elegant, bold and independent and she recognizes these characteristics in the dynamic and elusive photos that further reposition the French brand as had already been initiated by Angelini.
The catalog includes double-page spreads that zoom in on details of the garments or on particular moments of the shoot, and the new outfits are accompanied by poetic and seductive texts that enrich the general atmosphere of the publication.
The refined and expressive cover image of the lookbook was also used for the brand’s ad campaign and currently represents a key visual element of Parakian Paris’ communication.
A presentation video of the collection was also directed by Renato Cerisola on location at the photo shoot. The sense of movement and the patterns of the prints are further evidenced, accompanied by an uptempo beat that enhances the image of a modern Parakian Paris woman. The video was edited by Filippo Imbrighi.
