Storytalia – The Unexpected Made in Italy

After handling the launch and design of the teaser site, Angelini Design organizes the inauguration event of e-shop project and online magazine, for which it curates the content and photo-editing since November 1st 2014.

For this event, Angelini chose EDIT, a spacious location close to Corso Como with a very contemporary look, and invited 300 people, between journalists and industry professionals. In this setting, Paolo Zegna, the creator of the project, with the support of

Confindustria, and industrial, financial and private investors, presented Storytalia to the press.

The space was set up to host large visual installations reproducing the short films d’auteur that were published in the teaser site to communicate the idea of an “unexpected Italy”, the pay-off of the project. During the presentation, the sequence of clips was interrupted to play a video revealing the graphics of the official Storytalia site and the proposed content.

Each week the web content editors of Angelini Design coordinate their editorial work and industry contacts to compile company sheets and creative concepts (text and visuals) that narrate the unique stories, protagonists and savoir fair behind the products in the catalog of the site.

As storytellers of the most hidden Italian jewels, the editorial staff also offers background articles on places, lifestyles, traditions and Italian manufacturing districts. In addition, once a month they publish an interview with an Internationally-renown representative of Italian excellence, to delve further into specific themes.
