Molino Casillo, with the professional in mind

After the comprehensive rebranding with Angelini Design, Molino Casillo now unveils the Professional range of wheat flour and semolina products. This range of forty-eight Premi-um and Super Premium products is divided into seven lines, catering to bread bakers, pas-ta makers, pizza makers, and pastry chefs who seek out only the highest quality ingredi-ents for their work, with attention to origin and sustainability. 

To accompany the launch of this new range, Angelini Design has created a visual concept that pays homage to the professionals in this field and the hands-on nature of their work. The packaging, while practical, also serves as stand-alone art that can proudly be dis-played in laboratories, bakeries, pizzerias, and the like, visible to customers.

As with the standard range, the Professional packaging utilizes color schemes that are at once dynamic and understated: earthy tones for the pasta and bread-making products, and pastel blues and pinks for pizza and pastry. For the photo shoot, the large 12.5 - 25kg sacks have been positioned in warm, rustic environments that are suggestive of southern Italy. Basic materials such as wood, stone, iron, and cotton echo the essential nature of the products. Angelini Design’s communication strategy for the Professional range culminates with the conception of Molino Casillo DOP - Denominazione di Origine Professionale - Denomination of Professional Origin. The project brings together a team of pasta, pizza, pastry and bread specialists, designated as ambassadors for the brand. The team promotes the pro-ducts and shares their excellence with the hospitality, restaurant, and catering industry through online recipes and masterclasses.
